Important Notice: Updates to Patient Billing and Payment Portal

Effective February 3, 2025, Torrance Memorial Physician Network will transition to a new billing system, offering more convenience and enhanced communication options for patients. Key changes include:

  • Enhanced Payment Portal:
    • Improved Features: Set up payment plans, print statements, and securely store credit cards in your digital wallet.
    • Simplified Login: No more Easy Match Codes, usernames, or passwords to remember.
  • Flexible Communication Options: Receive billing notifications via text, email, or printed mail. Customize your preferences by opting out of any method.
  • New Statement Design: Easy-to-spot green statements.
  • Tap to Pay: TMPN clinics will accept tap to pay cards and Apple/Google Pay

Billing Process

You’ll begin by providing us with any health insurance information you may have. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company directly, but you’ll still need to follow the payment process to make sure all parts of your bill have been covered or directly paid. Depending on the insurance you have, you might be asked to pay a specific co-payment or deductible, and you might be asked to pay a portion of the bill as your share of the total cost.

Full or Partial Charity Care

Consistent with our mission to serve the South Bay communities, low income patients who do not have health insurance or are under-insured, may qualify for Full or Partial Charity Care.
