Teresa J. Kim, NP-C

Teresa Kim is a board certified nurse practitioner. She earned her undergraduate degree in ecology at the University of California, San Diego. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at California State University, Long Beach.

Teresa enjoys helping patients achieve their health goals by creating a safe space where they feel comfortable and are able to freely communicate their needs and concerns. She previously worked with underserved Korean speaking communities helping them understand medical terms and their conditions with available treatments along, as well as educating them in the importance of preventative care.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys cycling. She participated in AIDS/LifeCycle in 2016, a seven-day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for AIDS research and treatment. She is fluent in English and Korean.
