Rex Chang, MD

Rex Chang, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biological science from the University of California, Irvine and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. He completed his residency at the Upper Peninsula Health Center, Marquette Family Medicine in Michigan, where he served as chief resident and achieved the Faculty Recognition of Outstanding Resident award.

Dr. Chang has a strong commitment to personalized patient care with a special emphasis on primary care and health equity for patients of all ages.

Born at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, he is now returning to his South Bay roots. When not working, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife and family.
