Danielle Wall, MD

Danielle Wall, M.D., is a board-certified internal medicine physician and hospitalist. She earned her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Dr. Wall manages patients throughout the continuum of hospitalization, including evaluating admissions and transfers, developing treatment plans, monitoring diagnostic results, and coordinating safe discharges. She is committed to improving transitions of care and preventing avoidable hospital readmissions, with a particular interest in medication safety and effective care coordination.

In addition to her hospital medicine practice, Dr. Wall is passionate about medical education and mentoring medical students, residents, and advanced practice providers while helping develop their clinical skills.
