Exercise Classes

Although arthritis treatment usually includes medication, exercise can help relieve pain and fatigue, and preserve joint structure and function. Torrance Memorial Physician Network, in affiliation with Torrance Memorial Medical Center, offer exercise classes to our patients at a discounted price. Call 310-517-4711 to register for a class.

Align the Spine

Eliminate back pain and stiffness, improve posture, and free mobility, doing gentle floor exercises using the Feldenkrais Method®.

Bones for Life

Taught by a registered physical therapist, this natural movement course involves gentle floor exercises from the Feldenkrais Methodto improve bone density and bone health.

Chair Yoga

Gain greater flexibility, strength and confidence doing yoga fitness exercises adapted to a seated position in a chair.

Muscle Strengthening

Learn correct, safe techniques for strengthening your upper and lower body using flexible exercise bands.
