Nurse Practitioner Matthew Ryan has been working as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2004. He started his nursing career in 2001, after graduating Cum Laude from Hartwick College, in New York with Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He earned his graduate degree while working as a Registered Nurse in an Orthopedic unit for three years at Columbia-St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He Graduated with Honors with a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2004.
Nurse Practitioner Matthew Ryan is nationally Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as Family Nurse Practitioner. He is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing, and is a member of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining Torrance Memorial Physician Network, he worked as an independent contractor at the California Institute for Men as a Nurse Practitioner where he provided primary care services to patients with acute and chronic conditions.
When not at work Matthew enjoys various outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
