Making An Appointment
If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with cancer, you can call Cancer Care to make an appointment. You do not need a referral from a doctor to contact us or to meet with one of our experts.
Our staff is highly knowledgeable about cancer and about the individual specialties of our doctors. When you call, we will discuss your diagnosis and match you with the best physician for your particular situation. We can also answer many of your questions regarding treatment, insurance coverage, and clinical trials.
Information Needed When You Call
- Full name, contact information, date of birth, and diagnosis
- Results of biopsies, x-rays, or other diagnostic studies
- Information about prior treatment for your current illness
- Primary medical insurance carrier
We regret that sometimes we have to keep you waiting. We do not intentionally overbook appointments. The nature of our medical care requires that we deal with complex issues that are sometimes unexpected and as a result can disrupt our schedule. The complexities of a particular patient's problems occasionally require more time than originally anticipated.
We will make every effort to keep your wait time as short as possible and commit to deliver excellent care.
Thank you for understanding and patience.
